Software License Agreement

1. Introduction

This Software License Agreement (“License”) is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and Resume3 for the software product identified above, which includes computer software and may include associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License. If you do not agree to the terms of this License, do not install or use the software.

2. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions of this License, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the software on your compatible devices.

3. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based upon the software.
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense or transfer the software.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the software.

4. Ownership

The software is licensed, not sold. All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to the software remain with Resume3. This License does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks.

5. Termination

This License is effective until terminated. Your rights under this License will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License. Upon termination, you shall cease all use of the software and destroy all copies.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. RESUME3 DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL RESUME3 BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF BUSINESS INFORMATION, OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF RESUME3 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Governing Law

This License shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, excluding its conflict of law provisions.

As our service is global in nature and supports multiple languages, this agreement is available in various languages. In case of any discrepancy between translations, the English version shall prevail.
